Kimberly Libiran

 Our Team's work experience began with 10 years of PG&E Electric Utility Experience.  Kimberly Libiran worked at PG&E as an Electrical Estimator, an Associate Distribution Engineer, a Project Manager, a Service Planning Supervisor and a Work and Resource Supervisor. Her experience also ventured into training other PG&E employees AutoCAD for large projects as well as contracts.

After PG&E, Kimberly worked for an Applicant Design firm as an Electrical Designer and Manager. Her eight years of experience with Applicant Design expanded from not only becoming a PG&E Qualified Electrical Designer but  also venturing out into designing for other utility companies such as Island Energy and the City of San Francisco.

In 2019, after 18 years of experience, Kimberly Libiran opened Libiran Electric Design, Inc. focusing exclusively on electrical design.

Our growing firm has expanded in the last five years with two additional designers, an electrical drafter, a field technician and an account specialist. 

Our Team has experience designing subdivisions and new buildings, such as apartment buildings, shopping malls and commercial buildings (R15/16).  We also have experience designing overhead to underground conversions, overhead and underground relocations as well as temporary power designs.
